Under no circumstances should you ever ask your prospect, “What did you think?”
It invites
criticism.
Instead, ask your prospect, “What did you like best about (the product, meeting, video, etc.)?”
It invites a positive answer.
Their answer to this question will guide you to the appropriate way to follow up and set up another exposure, which of course is always the goal of any exposure - to set up another one.
And another one and so on....
This is the same with social media content postings, like short videos, reels etc.
Ask questions using the same principle.
Inviting positive responses rather than negative ones.
Practice makes improvements in your questions quality.
Simple as that.
So remember, always ask the right question that brings you extensions, instead of the wrong one which shuts things down for both your prospects and you!
