From 7 years in the home business space, there are always certain projects with certain "so-called interested" people that will take a while to get off the ground.

The lesson learnt is you never want to do stuff with interested people.

Interested folks have a lot of talk and enthusiasm, they want to be a part of the energy and stuff UNTIL it’s actually time to do stuff.

Then they are mysteriously busy and non committal.

Instead, you only want committed people.

They are the folks who show up, get shit done ESPECIALLY when it gets hard.

When building a team, test for true commitment.

Never for expressed enthusiasm.

Some people are all talk till it’s work time.
