Here’s the step-by-step method to fail as a digital coach:
- Buy an expensive camera
- Shoot an HD course that’s 20+ hours long
- Host it on LMS
- Hire a marketing agency to start selling the course
- Start spending aggressively on ads and “hope” you sell your course.
This is a sure-shot way to flush your money.
You’d be better of in spending that money on a fancy vacation.
Instead here is a better way to do it:
- Study your niche aggressively: their pain, their desires & their buying
behaviour. Connect with them.
- Start creating content around your niche’s unanswered questions
- Host a few “no-sale” webinars to get comfortable on camera.
- Build a product that solves your market’s biggest pain (you’ll easily know it by now if you did the steps above)
- Host a webinar and sell your
product.
- If more than 10% of the webinar attendees are buying your product then you have proof of concept.
- Now, you can start investing in ads.
This is a better way to start your digital coaching business.
When you start by organically creating content & talking to your niche:
1) You’ll understand them deeper.
2) You’ll get enough evidence to start investing in ads.
