When I told my boss I was quitting my job, he basically laughed in my face and said I’ll be back in a few weeks asking for the job back.

That never happened.

But, the thought has crossed my mind, because after I went full-time in my direct sales business, I REALLY struggled.

I was gung-ho about leaving my miserable job, which I hated, and couldn’t wait to be fully in the business.

But the reality quickly slapped me in the face, when the paycheck disappeared, and I had one heckuva time replacing my income, and even making enough to pay the bills.

Technically I was very well versed.

I knew how to conduct appointments and create sales.

But the biggest struggle for me (and pretty much every one else) was to consistently get in front of quality prospects.

And as a result I went through a very rough financial time over the next 12 months. And it took me somewhat two more years, I think, before I fully replaced my previous paycheck income.

I guess it was because of my stubbornness and sheer persistence… which also didn’t allow me to buckle and go back crawling to the safety of a J.O.B.

Although to be perfectly honest, I thought about it. From time to time when business building became tough.

But look…

I don’t think it’s necessary to struggle and suffer for years to eventually make it.

I did, yet I watched most people fall by the wayside. And can tell you some nightmare stories about them.

However I believe that if most of us had the digital tools and the technology we have today... AND... using attraction marketing instead of being taught those inauthentic, old school, inefficient, NO MARKETING WAYS, talking to anyone AND EVERYONE THAT HAS A HEARTBEAT, most will be getting BIG results and making money within 90 days TOPS.

Which is why I eventually abandoned the old school "tried and proven" ways some years later, even though I was somewhat successful with it, and pursued THIS instead.
