I don’t know about you, but I used to get really, REALLY frustrated and downright upset with people I was ‘trying’ to recruit.
I’d show them how great the products
are, and they would agree. Well, most of them would.
I’d explain the profit sharing plan, and how much dough you could make when they willing to work on the business plan.
I’d show them brochures with success stories of countless people making six figures and higher.
And I’d back it all up with the credibility and the strength of the company behind it, like published science journals endorsed by 3rd parties experts, or
financial reports and stats.
LOGICALLY it all made sense.
How could anyone in their right mind say NO to an opportunity like
that?
And yet…
Most people did.
Which had nothing to do with the products, the profit sharing plan, or the brands.
For the most part, it had to do with THEM.

YES, YOU HEARD ME RIGHT! IT'S THEM!
It was either
skepticism about what I was saying.
Lack of belief in the possibility or even themselves doing it.
Or simply being content with their
situation. Even if they were STUCK in many situations, for example in debt and money not enough, unhappy with current jobs, spouses complained about their lack of ambitions and the list goes on....
Seems crazy, doesn’t it?

It's human psychology.
But here's the COLD HARD TRUTH...
You CANNOT change people.Â
And they won’t move until THEY are ready for change.
Something which almost never happens.

When you ask anyone this :

"Do you want more
money?"Â
Â
They gave you a resounding YES!
Â
But yet, they don't grab at any opportunity to grow and change.
Â
Why?
You will come to realise that most people "like the idea of having more money" in their bank accounts.
Â
"Like the idea of success"
Â
"Like the idea of buying whatever they
want"
Â
"Like the idea of having a shapely nice body"
Â
But when they need to start to change and put in the effort to get unstuck, they turned around and said to themselves :

"It's Ok!" (I'm comfortable as it is. I'm not dead yet!)
