For about 5 years in a row, every single Thursday, at 7:30pm, I put on a show... aka an Opportunity Meeting. ;-)

And almost every week, there would be at least one guy in the audience, who sat stone-faced.

Arms crossed.

And would often try to break my mojo, with some skeptical remark.

For the longest time I tried to "convert" these people.

I'd talk to them after the meeting.

Confident that I'll smash their doubts into smithereens... but only fooling myself into thinking their skepticism and whacky questions are "real objections" I had to overcome.

Looking back, when I think about it, that's a whole lot of wasted time and energy, I'll never get back.

And if you bump into prospects like that, even when it's online, run the other way.

That's how I would deal with it now.

Because there are plenty of people who are driven, motivated, and are looking for what you have.

They may have questions, and might need a gentle nudge... but they don't need to be convinced.

And they sure as heck don't need to be sold on becoming a home-based entrepreneur.

The only challenge is, they are a small fraction of our society.

And finding them on social media (or using traditional prospecting) is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Unless...

You're using attraction marketing to get them to reach out to you, while automatically weeding out all the time-wasters, leaving you only high-quality prospects to deal with.

People that actually WANT to talk to you and see what you've got.
