 In the process of looking for a new car, which is exciting, but calling dealerships and haggling over prices is his least favorite thing to do. He shared.

It's time consuming and annoying.

Sometimes you get a great person on the phone, who is upfront and gets right to the point.

But more often than not, it's the typical used car salesman approach.

"Why don't you come on in, pick out the color, and I'll talk to my manager, twist his arm if I have to, so I can get you the very best deal. We'll take good care of you."

He had 3 people said that to him almost verbatim.

This is one of the main reasons why lots of people hate the idea of selling. 

And why most are gun-shy about promoting their business.

They don't want to come across like a used car salesman.

Which I totally get.

And it's the precisely why having a system where qualified prospects come to you, eliminates the need to be 'salesy'.

See, when you approach someone, you need to get them interested in what you do. In other words, you've gotta sell them.

On the flip side...

When you have prospects reach out to you (and we're talkin' about prospects who are already interested in what you have) - now the tables have turned. And you don't need to be pushy, salesy, or aggressive.

The latter is a much better and a lot less stressful way to recruit and build your business.

The key is to get the right prospects to come to you.
