How to really go full-time in your home business

When I told my ex-colleagues and friends I was quitting my job, they basically were pretty concerned and most of them wasn't very encouraging about it too.

I don't blame them. We are employees and we are not in that type of circle of influence from business owners.

But, the thought of "did I make a mistake" had crossed my mind, because after I went full-time in my direct sales business, I REALLY struggled.

I was gung-ho about leaving my miserable job, which I was in for 19 years, which I don't enjoy at all, and couldn’t wait to be fully in the business.

But the reality quickly slapped me in the face, when the paycheck disappeared, and I had one heckuva time replacing my income, and even making enough to pay the bills.

Technically I was very good student learning the old school offline ways (from my predeccessors).

I knew how to conduct appointments and create sales.

But the biggest struggle for me (and pretty much every one else I realised) was to consistently get in front of quality prospects.

And as a result most of us went through a very rough financial time.

I guess it was because of my refused to give up attitude and sheer bulldog persistence… which also didn’t allow me to buckle and go back crawling to the safety of a J.O.B.

Although to be perfectly honest, I thought about it. A lot at times.

But look…

I don’t think it’s necessary to struggle and suffer for years to eventually make it for a lot of people.

Yet I watched most people fall by the wayside. And can tell you some nightmare stories about them.

However I believe that if I had the tools and the technology we have today... AND... being taught real world business skills like attraction marketing instead of talking to anyone that has a heartbeat, quite many peole will be getting more frequently sustainable results and making their desirable incomes faster.

Which is why I eventually abandoned the old "tried and true" plan some years ago, even though I was somewhat having small successes with it, and pursued THIS instead.
