^ One sentence, huh?
Well, it's kinda like Seth Godin says...
"There is no non-fiction book that couldn't be summarized in 5 pages or less."
Truthfully, it's hard to argue that.
Which begs the question... is THAT the point?
Do you want to read the one-sentence version? The CliffsNotes?
Do you listen to music at 2x speed or fast-forward through movies?
Is getting straight to the point... the point?
And on that note...
Why on earth would you ever watch a movie or read a book for a 2nd or 3rd time?
Well...
Perhaps you've guessed that you gain something from the experience itself.
You WANT to experience the journey, the progression, the revelations, the joy of the ride...
The ups, the downs, the triumphs, the struggles...
The joy, pain, and sorrow.
That's how it works.
Success doesn't mean anything if it's not hard won, fraught with difficulties, and the result of tremendous effort.
Entrepreneurs know this better than anyone.
There are innumerable challenges (too innumerable, in fact, to enumerate) along the path.
And while it might seem like you want a shortcut straight to the rewards, without all the effort...
On some level you know that's just not true.
You've got to experience the entire process to live a life worth remembering, and to share the wisdom you gained along the way for the benefit of the next generation.
That's how you create your legacy.
Much love,
P.S. If you want to learn from the wisdom I've gained on my multiple sources of income journey...
